How to Redeem Your LEO Points for a PayPal Transfer – A Step-by-Step Guide
To claim a $20 PayPal transfer using your LEO points, simply follow the step-by-step guide below! The same steps apply, whether you’re using your desktop computer, our LEO app, or another mobile device, such as your tablet or cellphone.
Step 1: Log in to your LEO account
Step 2: Click on the Rewards tab
Step 3: Click on the $20 PayPal transfer.
Step 4: Make sure you have enough LEO points to claim the reward (20,000 LEO points) by looking at your balance to the right of the PayPal logo.
Step 5: Review the Details section to make sure that you understand what is required to claim this reward.
Please note that in order to claim a PayPal transfer, you must have a PayPal account, and use the same email address for your PayPal and LEO accounts. To change the email address you use for your LEO account to the one you use for your PayPal account, please contact us, or email us at email@example.com.
Step 6: Click the plus sign to the right of the text that says “Claim”
Step 7: Confirm that your information is correct. If it is not, click the “Edit your information” button below your information to update it.
Step 8: When you have finished making the necessary updates to your information (if any), check the box under the “Edit your information” button to confirm that your information is correct, and you understand and agree with the conditions.
Step 9: You will be asked if you wish to proceed. Click “Yes, proceed”
Step 10: You will see a confirmation message titled “Confirmation of your claim” with a green checkmark, which means we’ve received your claim.
Step 11: After we’ve verified your claim, we submit it to PayPal, who will send you an email letting you know that you’ve received your reward. Follow the steps in the email you receive from PayPal to ensure that your reward is deposited into your PayPal account.
Please note that PayPal claims may take up to 10 business days to be processed after you submit them. If you haven’t received your transfer within 10 business days, please contact us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
