How Do I Join LEO Medical?
Existing LEO members
If you are already a LEO general population member, joining LEO Medical is simple. When you become eligible, the LEO Medical registration questionnaire will appear directly on your To Do Today page.
No additional sign-up is required, and you do not need to register separately through another platform.
Medical-only participants
If you are not a LEO general population member and wish to join LEO Medical only, registration must be completed online at legeropinionmedical.com using a web browser.
Please note that standalone LEO Medical registration is not supported through the LEO mobile app, as the app does not allow direct sign-up for LEO Medical.
LEO Decision: Our Panel for Business Leaders and Decision-Makers
LEO Decision is designed for executives, senior managers, and decision-makers across all industries.
This panel leverages the strategic expertise of business leaders, giving them a direct channel to influence the future direction of markets and industries.
Why Join LEO Decision?

Decision-only participants
If you are not a LEO member and wish to join LEO Decision only, registration must be completed online at leodecision.com using a web browser.

Can I Join More Than One Panel?
Yes! You can be a member of the LEO Panel while also qualifying for one or both specialized panels, provided you meet the eligibility criteria for each.

Yes, i did ! I am extremely happy that I joined up for LEO and have an opportunity to share my experiences, input, support, opinions, etc… that I feel is important and that perhaps i want to see improvement on.
Some very important subjects and decisions about your community, country & world may come across and everyone needs to have a voice and participate more by taking part in doing things like these daily surveys. If you want to see positive changes or decision making being made that are important to you, your family, your community, your government, your World, then you need to be an active participant!! We all to do our part by taking an active role when opportunities( like surveys for example) may arise. When we are given any chance to have a voice or give your input then why wouldn’t we want that opportunity?? These small surveys gives us that opportunity to do our part and feel lucky enough to live in a country that still respects us enough to offer us these opportunities
Its exactly 💯 like when we get the opportunity to vote in any manner ( your close community, your local government and any other chances we are offered to participate with sharing our personal input & information, & opinions, that you feel a certain way about, we are blessed that are we are given the choice to have an involvement and a voice and it is always considered to be important & valid. If you feel the need to ask for things that our important or changes you feel need to be made that impacs you, your family, your community, your country & your World than you should also feel obligated to be involved as much as you can and participate in these tiny opportunities that arise ( like taking part in a quick survey 😀)
It is so important to we all give an input with every opportunity that we can.
I feel good about doing my part by participating in these surverys. And i feel this LEO website has given me another opportunity to do my part in everything that i can to make my life and my families life better because I get to have these opportunities to have a voice.
Any information and input that i share is being added to a number that is important in someway and that matters to me and will also ensure me that i did my part.
Exactly how i feel when i receive my voting ballot in the mail and I’m bring ask for what i want in my community, country & world that is important to myself and my family.
Being given a voice &.opportunity is NOT given to everyone in this world and us as Canadians are aware of this and we need to always remember how blessed we DO live in a country that does care about the people who live in it and always gives us choices and opportunities to participate!! So we all need to do out part and stay involved!!!
I see these little surveys as another chance i am being given to make positivity and changes in my life and my family’s life that is important& matter’s & impacts us. And that we matter.
You can not complain about such important subjects in our world that matter to you & are important to you personally and your family and our World if you do not participate and do your part.
These surveys are just another option we are given to do our part. Stay involved!!! -

I am just wondering why general population cannot use the Specialized panels, especially Medical. I fellthat individuals accessing these services can provide information that can influence outcomes, and shape Medical Data.

To qualify as a LEO Medical panelist, you must be a certified healthcare professional. This panel is specifically designed for verified medical professionals so that we can conduct research that reflects real-world clinical expertise and experience.
Within the broader LEO panel, we occasionally offer opportunities to participate in surveys related to patient diseases, ailments, treatments, and standards of care. We encourage you to keep an eye on your To do today page for invitations to participate in studies that may be relevant to your background and experience.

I have just spent more than 15 minutes on a survey about banking and credit cards. After giving all my banking and credit card information I was screened out and was told I was not eligible for the full compensation, this is a terrible way to receive all the banking information for nothing. I have been a panel member for more than 12 years and expect better treatment from you. I should receive the full incentive for all the time I spent giving you very valuable data. Please reply with an answer other than a form reply, thank you.
