Now that we can fully enjoy our summer, the LEO team has put together a list of fun summer activities to try with your friends and family!
SUMMER ACTIVITIES RECOMMENDED BY THE LEO TEAM

MOVIE NIGHT
An oldie but a goodie! Taking the time to coordinate a movie night with your friends or family is a surefire way to relax and have some light-hearted fun. To help you out with that, the LEO team is offering, 5 Cineplex gift cards as part of the July contests! If you don’t feel like going out to the movies, why not go to a drive-in theatre or organize an outdoor movie night with the help of a projector? The possibilities are endless!
WATER PARK
This summer classic can bring back nostalgic memories for almost all of us, but who said that going to a water park is exclusively for the younger crowd? This summer, you could decide to visit your local park and make some new memories with the ones you love. Why not choose this summer activity as your next fun date? That being said, don’t forget to bring sunscreen!
BERRY PICKING
This next summer activity is perfectly kid-friendly and a great all-around option for some fun in the sun with your friends and family. With berries being in season, the possibilities are endless for the fields that you could choose to visit! If you have managed to pick too many berries and can’t possibly eat them all in time, why not make homemade jam with the leftovers? It’s a win-win situation all around!
BONFIRE NIGHT
Bonfire nights need no introduction as they are probably ranked in the top 5 of the summer fun hall of fame. Simply gather your friends and family and light a warm bonfire to spend a memorable night exchanging stories and jokes. And, of course, don’t forget the smores! If you decide to participate in a bonfire night this summer, please ensure that you abide by your local fire safety regulations to protect yourself and the environment.
FESTIVALS
Festivals are a great way to spend your free time this summer. Whether you are interested in food, music, art or other themed festivals, there is something to please everybody! Also, since different ones can be held at any time of day or night, you could find a fun festival to attend, whatever your schedule might be. This would be an excellent opportunity to gather a group of friends and explore what events your region has to offer!
