At LEO, we love hearing from you. Every day, thousands of you take our surveys, share your opinions… and ask us questions! And good news : we probably have answers for you!
So this time, we’re flipping the script: Got a burning question? Time to survey us!
This August, we invite you to send us all your generic questions about LEO. We will answer them in a blog post coming this September.
How to submit a question

Important: What we cannot answer
To respect privacy and ensure relevant responses for everyone, we won’t be able to address:
- Questions about specific surveys
- Requests about reward status
- Inquiries about your personal member profile
- And any questions requiring customer service follow-up

When Leo points are cashed-in for Aeroplan points why does it take so long (several weeks in fact) for the Aeroplan points to appear in my Aeroplan account.

At the 79% mark in this survey (wealth management services/Nicola Wealth) the survey locked up and with a greyed out “continue” button, I could not proceed. This is frustrating and a waste of my time! you owe me . . .

Why is it so very difficult to receive Amazon gift cards? I have to fight with LEO on average for 3 months to receive my gift card. Little problem with the other options. LEO uses AI for responses which help nothing at all in order to get answers. Very little customer service here.

What are they / how do I use “chances” I’ve earned

Hello Ed, note that contests are only available for residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory. To participate in these contests, you must bet one or more of your chances on the contest(s) of your choice. The draw for each prize is only conducted among the members who have bet one or more chances on that particular contest. To place a bet, click the (+) symbol, then click “Participate”. The more chances you bet, the greater your chances of winning. Good luck!

I just spent 20 minutes on a survey that was supposed to take 7 minutes. Then after diligently answering all the questions I was told my profile wasn’t a match. Yes I’m upset at wasting my valuable time !!!@

Why do I get surveys that are not for my age or any other statistic that is used when I signed up for Leo? Countless times I get almost through a survey and am told I don’t meet the qualifications. What’s the point of Leo collecting my demo and it’s not being used?

I think they should be banned in classrooms, they’re too much of a distraction. Parents should ensure balance in the usage of these phones while the kids are at home
