Your Valentine’s Day Persona

Meet your LEO Alter Ego

For some people, Valentine’s Day is a whole thing. For others, it barely registers. The experience can feel pretty similar when we think about LEO surveys.

Some days, you’re all in, ready to answer every survey and rack up points. Other days, well… you simply open LEO out of curiosity or because your bus is late (again).

So we created four Valentine-inspired profiles to see which one you relate to the most!

The Hopeless Romantic

Everything is planned in advance, from the scent of the candles to the perfectly curated playlist. Nothing is left to chance on Valentine’s Day.

You like things done right, and that shows in how you use LEO. You keep an eye on your dashboard, jump on surveys as soon as they drop, and never let a good opportunity pass you by.

LEO Tip

The “To Do Today” tab is your best ally. It shows all currently available surveys in one place, so a quick check-in helps you make sure you never miss a thing.

The Indifferent

For you, Valentine’s Day is just another day. It doesn’t really stand out to you and sometimes, surveys don’t either.  You take part when you think about it, no pressure, no game plan. Miss a survey? Not a big deal. See a new one pop up? Cool.

LEO tip

To keep things effortlessly low-key, turn on notifications or daily emails. LEO will let you know when a survey is available: easy, automatic, and very on-brand for you.

Self-care Enthusiast

For you, Valentine’s Day is all about staying in, treating yourself, and moving at your own pace.

The way you answer LEO surveys is pretty similar: calmly, thoughtfully, and with zero time pressure.

LEO Tip

A complete profile helps match you with surveys that feel more personalized. Keeping it up to date means a smoother, more enjoyable experience (perfect for your laid-back pace).

The Proud Anti-Valentine

Heart-shaped everything and big romantic gestures? Hard pass. You’re not into holidays that feel more like marketing campaigns.

When answering LEO surveys, it can be frustrating if one ends early or you’re not selected. You still stick with it, because even if you go against the grain, you know your opinion still matters.

LEO Tip

Even when a survey ends early, you still earn partial rewards and keep your contest entries. If you want to make a bigger impact (and earn more points), answer the Question of the Day or invite friends to join LEO.

LEO, No Matter Your Persona

Whether you’re a hopeless romantic, a self-care queen or king, simply indifferent or proudly anti-Valentine’s, there’s a place for you on LEO.

Keep an eye on your dashboard and participate in ways that feel right for you.

I think this is such a creative and fun way to describe LEO users! I relate most to the Self-care Enthusiast — I like answering surveys calmly and when I have time. No pressure, just sharing my opinion thoughtfully. 😊

I’ve always been something of a “romantic Chameleon”,I can be low-key sometimes and then at other times I can get a lil spastic,…. bwahaha! There’s a time for Camo, and there’s a time for spot-lights. It’s all in who is in control of that “light”!

  9. Kelly Elliott

  16. Lana Milowski

Id rather be told im loved and get small surprises throughout the year than be told by big corporations that today I have to spend hundreds of dollars to prove my love to my man.

Skipping Valentine’s Day is a perfectly valid choice, allowing you to avoid commercial pressure and social expectations while focusing on self-care or regular, authentic connection. Instead of celebrating, you can treat it as a normal day, engage in self-love, or spend time with friends, rejecting the pressure to participate.

  18. Corinne Brander

My Valentine’s Day has been uneventful since the loss of my husband 5 years ago.
But I do enjoy seeing the smiles of happiness of others celebrating.
I would be a hopeless romantic!

  19. Brenda Vandyken

I’m sad I lost a good friend today

  20. Jacqueline Bos

My husband shows me every day how much he loves me. I don’t need anything extra on Valentine’s Day. Although he always buys me a card and flowers.

  21. Diane

it’s a day to appreciate the people who you love .

  22. Giovanna Scarpa

    I don’t celebrate Valentine’s

  23. Jen

I am a hopeless romantic just not on a day I am told to be. I would rather stay home and cuddle up by a warm fire and watch movies then fight the crowds at restaurants! Buy me flowers any other day of the year just because you want to!

  24. Rosemary Berndt

We just enjoy a nice meal at home with a bottle of wine and toast another year being together.

  25. Shw

It’s a day to give and receive gifts. Appreciate the efforts we do for our loved ones and showing the love n care to one another.

  26. Fiona

My Valentines Day is pretty much like every other day! I’m happy with a hug and kiss! I like to bake so I’ll make something to celebrate Saint Valentines Day.

Ideally I would like to be in the self-care side of things, I am open to allowing myself go with the flow and not stress

  29. Jonathan Tallman

Ideally I would like to be in the self-care side of things, I am open to allowing myself go with the flow and not stress. I care to know what my partner likes, when my attentive senses are activated I can pick up her interests throughout the year by actively listening,

  30. Jen

    I’m indifferent

  31. Amy S

I was a hopeless romantic because my ex was and always spoiled me on Valentine’s Day. Since we split, I’m completely indifferent. It’s just another day.

  32. samiksha shetty

This year it’s going to be little more special as there is this boy who calls me mom and loves me unconditionally. The giggles, hugs , makes it special each day.

  33. Bonnie Nash

My day is making Valentine cards and decorations for my great grandchildren and some chocolates!

  34. Elizabeth Bowen

Valentine’s Day isn’t special to me. I rather have my bf show me he loves me everyday. Doing little things like making me a cup of tea or bringing home a fav chocolate bar etc.
Valentine’s Day is a day to spend money. Too commercialized. It’s forcing people to prove love by spending money on flowers that have prices gouge.
Restaurants making special overpriced menus etc.
that’s not what love is about.

  35. Tammi

Proud anti-valentine, it’s just another day. One should be showing their love for their significant other regardless of being “told” this is a day to do so.

  36. Tanka Tiwari

    ❤️❤️❤️

  37. Steph

Didn’t even register that it was Valentine’s Day until I called my mother and she reminded me! Currently single so no romantic evening with a partner but I will be partaking in the chocolates and candy now that I have an extra reason to do so!

  38. Tamara Corry

    I love LOVE 💘
I’m widowed but my love was one that gave me 1 rose our first month.. 2 the second and so on. Right thru our years together.
Even tho he was so sick on our last Valentine’s.. He still had our best friends grab a card, gift and flowers for him. He passed 5 days later.
I celebrate our love not only on Valentine’s but every day to have found that love.

A love that even death couldn’t end.

Now after 16yrs and grief turning into grateful happy memories, I know someday I’ll love again with his blessing🌹

May everyone snuggle tonight with their loves.. Don’t forget our furbabies need love and cuddles to🙏
    Happy Valentine’s everyone💖

  39. Rhonda Muise

33 1/2 years single. this day is just like any other regular day, for me. don’t get anything, don’t have to give anything.

  40. Joyce Wallace

Valentine’s Day uplifts me because I am a hopeless romantic, even though I’m a single person. I still love everything and everyone around me and like to share that and hope it resonates with others….✨💫♥️

  41. Kenneth

Wish you be good and found your loved one soon so as to enjoy the valentine celebration again

  44. Louella Cardinal
