This survey is conducted in collaboration with the Association for Canadian Studies (ACS) and published in the Canadian Press. 

SPRING BREAK

  • Canadians are divided on whether spring break should proceed at the same time as it usually does (31%), be cancelled (29%), or be postponed to a later date (27%) where they live.
  • Americans are also fairly split: 31% think it should proceed as usual, 32% think it should be cancelled, and 17% think it should be postponed.
  • 8% of Canadians and 18% of Americans indicate that they or someone in their household plan(s) to travel during spring break.

SURVEY METHODOLOGY

This web survey was conducted from February 12, 2021 to February 14, 2021, with 1,535 Canadians and 1,002 Americans, 18 years of age or older, randomly recruited from LEO’s online panel To view the February 23, 2021 report, CLICK HERE.
