Some members are under the impression that answering LEO surveys is like living in a supernatural world.
One day, poof! A survey magically appears on your home page. The next day, a survey invitation mysteriously disappears before you’ve even had time to click it.

Therefore, we thought of mystical creatures that would represent these types of situations.

The Witch
Just like a sorceress, you are magical. Want to complete a survey? Alakazam! One shows up on your dashboard, as if you’ve cast a spell. Other members ask you how you did it. But, in the end, it’s not witchcraft! Just a matter of timing, and a little luck.
💡 LEO trick: To maximize your chances, it doesn’t take magic. All you need to do is check the “To-do Today” tab regularly. That’s where you’ll find all your available surveys.
The Fortune Teller
Just like a fortune teller, you know how to predict the future. You log in at 4 PM every day, knowing that a survey is waiting for you. And, most of the time, there is one waiting. Your secret? You know that invitations follow a certain rhythm, and you know how to read signs before others.
💡 LEO trick: Daily email recaps or LEO notifications are your crystal ball. They allow you to anticipate future survey invitations.
The Ghost
You could’ve sworn that the survey was there a few minutes ago. But, now that you’ve logged on again, it’s gone! What a mystery. In the end, it’s not a ghost, but a question of quotas: the survey ended up finding all the respondents it needed before you had the time to click.
💡 LEO trick : Surveys can disappear quickly, especially when they are targeting a specific profile. Click on the survey as soon as you get an invitation or keep an eye on your dashboard.
The Black Cat
Just like a black cat, you feel cursed. Every time you start a survey, one of two issues arise: quota reached or profile not retained. The result? You’re leaving empty-handed. But, be reassured that even though luck may not be on your side, not everything is lost.
💡 LEO trick: Every time a survey gets interrupted, you still receive a partial reward and all the chances for contests! You can complete other tasks, like answering the questions of the day or inviting your friends and family to join LEO and accumulate points, badges or chances.
The Vampire
Just like a vampire, you never sleep. You are always on the lookout, ready to jump on the next opportunity. As soon as a survey appears, you jump on it, like a vampire on its prey. You can’t let a single survey pass you by, and your frequency of answering surveys pays off.
💡 LEO trick : If you want a leg up, download the LEO mobile application. Thanks to its notifications, you will be instantly notified when new surveys come out, and you will be able to answer them before quotas are hit.
The Werewolf
As if you were waiting for the full moon to hunt, you check your LEO account from time to time. The end result: you sometimes miss great opportunities. You’ll just need a bit of discipline to not let anything pass by.
💡 LEO trick: Get into the habit of logging into your LEO account a few times a week, even if it’s just for a few minutes. Survey invitations aren’t just sent by email; some appear directly on your dashboard.
The Haunted House
Your LEO account lies dormant for many months, like little spirits that won’t disappear, as invitations continue to haunt your inbox. Don’t panic, your account is still alive; you just need to revisit it.
💡 LEO trick: Even after a long absence, your account remains active. Log back in and dive into the adventure : the surveys are waiting for you to revive them! Be careful: if your account is inactive for more than 12 months, it could be closed and your points will be lost.
The Skeleton
It’s been a while since you’ve received your last survey, and you feel a little like a skeleton. You ask yourself if someone forgot about your profile. But, in reality, everything depends on studies. Sometimes, certain profiles may be less requested, but things always end up playing out.
💡 LEO trick: Continue checking your dashboard and ensure that your profile is up to date. Patience! Invitations will come in sooner or later.
